In this role, you will provide support and services in order to ensure efficient and accurate accounting of incoming payments along with maintaining excellent customer satisfaction to both internal and external staff. Position responsibilities:
Prepare invoices to mail to customers and EDI Invoices Answer phone calls and provide customer service support as needed Enter and apply customer payments/EFTs in accounting system Maintain updated customer files as needed Prepare daily deposit in an accurate manner Follow up with customers on incoming checks needing additional information in order to apply correctly Process credit card payments as needed Print daily cashbox reports and apply in accounting system Provide support to internal/external customers as needed Perform other duties as assigned and needed Essential skills and experience: Excellent interpersonal skills Analytical and problem solving skills Effective verbal and listening communications skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Effective written communications skills Organizational and time management skills Knowledge of office administration and Accounts Receivable Confidentiality concerning financial information Good organizational skills, detail oriented, and has an interest in providing quality customer service Role qualifications : Excellent customer service support Professional appearance and attitude Take direction and prioritize daily responsibilities Work as a team player Multi-task and stay focused Detail oriented and sense of urgency Be honest and trustworthy, respectful and flexible Good driving record Ability to pass background and drug/alcohol test Reporting to this position: No direct reports Physical demands and work environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
