Job is:

Classified Our ideal candidate will: Inspection of files for accuracy and completeness Review and collect information for Credit Enrichment student file requirements Maintain detailed records of communication and registration progress Ensure accuracy and completeness of registration information and documents Conduct thorough audits of registration records to ensure compliance with established guidelines and accuracy of information. Making outgoing calls to prospective students and their families to offer assistance and guidance through the digital registration process and manage incoming calls and inquiries. Additional duties may be assigned We'll need you to have the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months experience in an office environment Auditing experience preferred Knowledge of school administration or student registration procedures preferred Proficiency in using computer software, including database systems and Google WorkSpace. Bilingual Spanish preferred

Pay:

$18.25 $19.25 with a Bachelors Degree $21.25 w/ 30 Sub Permit
