Dual Credit Student Support Specialist Tulsa Community College - 4.0 Tulsa, OK Job Details Full-time $17.52 - $18.61 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Student record keeping Zoom Data management Microsoft Teams E-learning platforms Enterprise Learning Management Video conferences (communication methods) Document management Student progress notes Video conferencing systems operation Full Job Description Job Summary Collaborate with the TCC Dept. of Labor Grant Manager to document grant activities, support grant evaluation and student retention programming, and develop best practices for academic, social, and emotional support. Work with TCC Dual Credit Coordinators, faculty, and staff to identify at-risk students, potential degree candidates, promote continued educational goals, and coordinate student experiences. This is a grant funded position ending in March 2027. Essential Duties Assist dual credit students within the school day with retention, college preparation, and resources. Support grant manager and dual credit coordinators, parents, and students during student recruitment, admission, and enrollment. Develop competency in communicating dual credit programs, degree paths, and expectations. Develop, deliver and document and record updates on student progress, student work experiences, and student retention to completion. Assist grant manager and tutors to determine at-risk students and connect to appropriate academic interventions and provide social and emotional support to the students. Attend high school and college events to represent the SCC3 (Strengthening Community Colleges) AAS degree. Provide support to the grant manager for record-keeping, reporting, and grant administration. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent education in related field. Degree requirement may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience. One year Records management experience. Accurate data collection skills, reporting data, and maintaining of records. One year Experience with Word, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Blackboard or other Learning Management System. Requires walking, lifting 20 pounds, sitting, standing, and driving. Ability to travel to high schools and multiple college campuses. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Degree requirement may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience. Project management skills. One year student support experience. Ability to translate Spanish. Teaching certificate.
