Compensation and Schedule for the Cash Application Specialist Cash Application Specialist - Full-time, hybrid, $18-$24 per hour, Monday to Friday, start time between 6:00am and 8:00am after training. Required Qualifications of the Cash Application Specialist 2+ years of recent refunds and payment posting experience required High school diploma or GED required Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen Responsibilities of the Cash Application Specialist Ensure daily cash receipts, non-cash transactions, adjustments, denial posting, and write-offs Post refunds daily Monitor and handle daily cash transfer process to ensure funds are posted to the correct entity Act as back up for Revenue Cycle Tech when necessary About the Company This local hospital system has been providing hope, healing, and the best health care for families since 1983.
