Primary Job Duties Provides administrative support throughout the pre-underwriting process and conduct due diligence, and processing tasks as requested, by pulling credit reports, lien searches, loan coding, flood determinations, among others. Escalating any issues as necessary in order to obtain satisfactory resolution. Ensure that the required, depending on loan type, financial statements, tax returns and other financial information have been requested, collected and/or are on file. Create loan in nCino, ensure all necessary documentation in order to make a credit decision is uploaded, and when complete, submit the loan to Credit Underwriting. Identify opportunities to improve pre and post approval credit process while understanding internal and external client needs. Responds to officer inquiries/requests related to Commercial Credit. Responsible for completing annual training program assigned. Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.
Job Requirements Education:
High School degree or equivalent experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to multi-task, with strong organization, time-management and prioritizing skills.
Experience:
Two (2) years of banking experience Advanced computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages. Strong customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external customers. Ability to understand and comprehend instructions, procedures and policies ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures. Benefits Competitive base salary. Paid time off.
