- About this role:
- Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Credit Resolution Specialist for its Credit Resolution Group.
- In this role, you will:
- + Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact and act as key participant in large-scale planning for Credit Resolution functional area + Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale cross-functional or enterprise-wide strategies + Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large-scale, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors + Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of Credit Resolution functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives + Collaborate and consult with Credit Resolution peers, colleagues, and middle to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals + Lead Credit Resolution projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor •
Required Qualifications:
- + 5+ years of Credit Resolution experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- + BA/BS degree in a discipline such as accounting, finance, and or economics.
Job Expectations:
- + Travel up to 10% + Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship + This position offers a hybrid work schedule + Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
- Pay Range
- Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $139,000.00 - $260,000.00
