Employee will work full time remote outside of a WesBanco location (may occasionally attend in person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely). Market Cincinnati Work Hours per Week 37.5 Requirements Associates Degree in business or minimum of one year of related experience and/or training in commercial loan documentation; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with commercial loan legal documents a plus but not required. Familiarity with IBS a plus. Familiarity with Capital Stream Finance Center a plus but not required.
Job Description SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting the job activities of the Department Head and Team Leaders for Secured Credit Administration (SCA). Acts as a liaison between SCA personnel, commercial lending, loan operations, commercial lending support groups, and perform various roles related to administration and follow-up support for SCA activities including but not necessarily limited to monitoring of Marketable Securities, Formula-Based Lines-of-Credit Monitoring, Floor Plans, Commercial Construction Draws, and Real Estate Valuations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. Daily/Weekly/ or Monthly monitoring of report of loans secured by marketable securities to assure proper margins are maintained. Prepares monthly reports summarizing floor plan inspection activities. Adds new Formula Based Lending Lines of Credit to the Department's Sharepoint Site. Uploads monthly floor plan inspection reports to Finance Center. Uploads monthly loan-to-value worksheets prepared for FDICIA regulatory compliance. Monitors and maintains control over the commercial construction builder's risk insurance and worker's compensation insurance expiration dates. Assists Department Head and Team Leaders as needed with their management duties, responses to Examiners/Audit/Loan Review/Compliance, preparation of various reports, uploading documents and sending updates to the Loan Operations Group. Other duties as may be assigned.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner. Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality. General understanding of systems and procedures used in making and servicing all types of loans. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, lenders and customers. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to work independently to meet all deadlines once fully trained. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
