Full Job Description Overview:

ServiceLink, one of the top providers in the mortgage services industry, seeks an individual with a solid work history in the mortgage or real estate industry, to join our team as a Document Specialist. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, enjoys working with clients, and is driven to meet tight deadlines. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. This is an onsite position at our Irvine, CA location.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will… Prepare and package documents to be shipped to borrowers. Assist with and troubleshoot client issues / requests. Assist team with group inbox. Assist team with order processing via resends, redraws, etc.
WHO YOU ARE
You possess … A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards. The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for filing documents. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and package documents to be shipped to borrowers. Assist with and troubleshoot client issues / requests. Answer phone calls and reply to e-mails from our recording service clients. Assisting with resends via client requests, redrawing documents for signing deficiencies. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. Ensure that all client requests are opened successfully. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. 1 -2 years' experience working in an office environment. 1-2 years' experience recording deed preferred. Proven customer service skills. Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products. Must be able to multi-task. Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy. Critical reasoning and thinking skills required.
