Junior Loan Officer Responsibilities:
Consistently make outbound calls on our autodialer system reaching out to people who are activley in the market for a mortgage, gather the general loan information from the prospect and transfer the call over to the Sr. Loan Officers. Review and verify borrower information, including income, credit history, and employment details. Communicate with borrowers to gather additional information or clarify application details. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately. Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry purposes. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. As a Junior Loan Officer, you will gain valuable experience working alongside experienced professionals while assisting with the loan application process.
