Private Real Estate Lending Pine Financial Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Servicing Associate to support the ongoing administration and management of our growing loan portfolio. This role plays a critical part in supporting borrowers throughout the life of the loan while assisting with servicing operations, loan modifications and extensions, borrower communications, default management, and REO oversight. The ideal candidate is process-driven, relationship-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Servicing Associate will work closely with the servicing, underwriting, legal, and asset management teams to help deliver a best-in-class borrower experience while ensuring strong operational execution across the portfolio. - Draft loan modification agreements, extension agreements, and related servicing documentation
- Coordinate execution, tracking, and organization of servicing and loan documents
- Monitor loan maturities, insurance expirations, tax deadlines, and servicing exceptions
- Assist with borrower draws, loan administration, and servicing updates
- Conduct routine borrower outreach and payment follow-up to support successful loan performance
- Communicate with borrowers regarding extensions, modifications, payoff requests, and general servicing matters
- Assist with borrower workout communications and coordination during delinquency or default situations
- Track and monitor delinquent loans, foreclosure timelines, bankruptcy activity, and REO assets
- Coordinate with our General Counsel, outside attorneys, foreclosure vendors, brokers, insurance providers, and property managers as needed
- Maintain accurate servicing notes, communication logs, and portfolio reporting within company systems
- Prepare internal servicing reports, portfolio updates, and operational tracking summaries
- Support internal reporting, operational workflows, and process improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure timely completion of servicing-related tasks
- Help maintain a high level of responsiveness and service for borrowers, business partners, and internal stakeholders Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in loan servicing, mortgage operations, collections, real estate, legal administration, or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to professionally manage borrower communications and difficult conversations
- Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Experience with loan servicing systems, CRM platforms, or document management software preferred
- Knowledge of real estate lending, foreclosure processes, loan workouts, or REO administration is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset

Actual pay will be based on the skills and experience of each candidate. The position is eligible to receive a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
