Full Job Description Essential Responsibilities:
All job responsibilities listed below are essential to the satisfactory of this position by any/all incumbents, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Provide excellent customer service while meeting company goals. Manage a daily call queue Takes payments and sets up future payments for new loans. Assists management with reviewing and requesting due date/ deferments as needed. Some skip tracing on accounts Identifies and recommends accounts for repossession Performs other essential functions as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to effectively handle difficult customers Ability to work in a fast pace environment Able to adapt to change Basic computer skills with the ability to type 30 wpm
