Commercial Banking Specialist/Senior Loan Operations Specialist Location:

Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Palm Beach County)

Pay Rate:

$85,000

• 100,000/year+ Overview This privately held South Florida community bank has nearly quadrupled in assets in under five years and just completed its first acquisition outside Florida. This newly created senior seat is built for someone who has run commercial loan servicing start to finish
• you'll become the technical backbone of a five-person Loan Operations team, working directly alongside the department head during a period of real momentum. What you'll own: Senior loan operations resource
• the team's go-to for judgment calls and discrepancy resolution Review daily reports/balancing and correct loan/loan history issues in the core system Open and manage cases directly with the core system provider
• you drive resolution, not wait for it Lead the boarding of a newly acquired residential loan portfolio, including escrow servicing Mentor loan servicing, QC, insurance, and closing staff; contribute to Excel-based reporting

FIS Horizon (core), Microsoft Excel/Office, LaserPro (a plus) Compensation & Perks $85,000

• 100,000/year base; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, fully onsite

Requirements 5-7 years of loan operations/servicing experience in a bank environment (community, large bank, or direct lending) True full-cycle commercial loan servicing background, start to finish

• not a single slice of the process Post-closing servicing experience required (closing/processing-only is not a fit); residential servicing with escrow experience is a plus Strong Excel skills and demonstrated initiative to identify issues and drive them to resolution independently Able to work onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL; degree not required Nice to have: Spanish/English bilingual, FIS Horizon or LaserPro experience Background check required.
