BachelorsResponsibilities Identify and manually relocate funds that have been rejected by the system to ensure successful processing. Perform General Ledger entries and reconciliations specifically for rejected payments within the HELOC and consumer loan portfolios. Investigate why payments or data entries failed to process and apply corrective actions based on departmental guidelines. Maintain high standards of accuracy while navigating internal loan servicing platforms to update account statuses.
