full-time Duties of a CLR (sometimes known as a junior loan officer or customer lending representative) Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their mortgage inquiries. Pre-Approve potential clients. Handle , Calls and Text Message campaigns to prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using software. Preapprove clients with a series of 5 questions. Collaborate with other bankers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record management. Qualification Previous experience in mortgage experience is a plus but not required Good People Skills Sales experience is preferred but not required Proficiency with a computer and phone Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
