Here are just some of the duties:- Taking and Processing small consumer loan applications
- Making collection calls to past due and delinquent customers
- Calling former borrowers to re-open their accounts
- Taking payments from customers over the phone and in the office
- Processing loans
- Filing customer account related documents
- Verifying employment and residence for loan applicants
- Doing mail campaigns to solicit old customer and new customers.
