Loan Servicing Specialist I

Service customer needs to include but not limited to phone calls, payments, payoffs, research, etc. Process payoff quotes and complete loan payoffs. Book completed mortgage or consumer/commercial loans as assigned including disbursements and all required set ups. Pay weekly and monthly bills for vendors. Complete monthly/quartley required reports. Process monthly loan payments. Maintain loan files and document all file maintenance for review. Set-up, maintain and service all insurance for mortgage or consumer/commercial loans. Complete required steps with paid off loan files. Understand and learn investor requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned.
