bank . Job Responsibilities Provides experienced loan servicing and relationship support for commercial customers and lending teams. Serve as a primary contact for routine commercial customer servicing requests involving deposit and loan accounts Coordinate communication among customers, attorneys, title companies, insurance providers, and internal bank departments to facilitate servicing and loan-related activities Process and monitor customer monetary requests, including loan advances, payments, transfers, and maintenance transactions Gather, review, and maintain documentation required for commercial loan relationships, including customer information, entity documents, financial statements, due diligence items, and ongoing records retention Order and track appraisals, flood determinations, UCC filings, environmental reports, and other due diligence requirements Assist with loan closing preparation and coordinate closing logistics Support the collection and review of annual financial statements, covenant compliance information, insurance documents, and related review materials Monitor exception, maturity, past due, and other portfolio management reports; identify servicing issues and proactively work toward resolution Assist with preparation of reports, annual review packages, covenant monitoring, and other portfolio maintenance activities Partner with Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, Commercial Operations, and Credit teams to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain a working knowledge of commercial loan documentation, servicing requirements, and bank policies Provide guidance and assistance to less experienced team members Education & Experience High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business or administrative experience 5+ years of experience supporting commercial lending, loan servicing, loan administration, or commercial banking operations Strong working knowledge of commercial loan documentation, closing processes, and operational workflows Understanding of commercial deposit and treasury products Experience supporting customers in a commercial banking or financial services environment Experience with nCino and document management systems preferred EEO Commitment Farm Bureau Bank is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
