The Senior Associate is an integral part of the Sales Office support and service team. This role partners directly with Ag/Business bankers and their clients to support the origination, processing, and ongoing administration of consumer and business relationships. The successful candidate will maintain strict operational accuracy and compliance within established banking policies and procedures while enhancing overall client relationships. 1.Loan Origination & Closing Support Ag & Business Lending:
Support commercial loan origination by processing applications, pulling credit bureau reports, compiling underwriting information, and preparing precise closing documentation. Ensure strict adherence to closing checklists and verify continuity between loan documents, OSI, and approval records.Consumer & Mortgage Lending:
Facilitate residential mortgage and consumer loan lifecycles, managing applications, credit reports, underwriting support activities, closing checklists, and ongoing loan monitoring. ... 2.Product Support & Customer Service Loan Administration:
Provide high-level administrative support for mortgage, consumer, ag, and business loans. Manage OSI file maintenance, ownership updates, payment disputes, insurance coverage, and escrow/collateral accounts.Regulatory Compliance:
Handle technical documentation and reporting, includingUSDA, HMDA, FSA
paperwork, UCC searches, flood zone reports, participations, and title administration.Deposit Services:
Assist clients with deposit product inquiries, check orders, rate structures, unauthorized ACH/debit card transactions, ATM/POS disputes, and account research.Document Management:
Maintain clean digital records by scanning and inputting loan file information using ScanDox and iSynergy systems. 3.Universal Banking & Client Transactions Account Services:
Execute the seamless opening and delivery of various loan and deposit account productsCash Handling:

Industry Experience (Strictly Required): Must have direct Agricultural and/or Commercial Banking experience Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in business, accounting, finance, or a related field. Familiarity with core banking systems (such as OSI), document imaging software (ScanDox/iSynergy), and regulatory loan reportingInterpersonal Skills:
