full-time About Us Tailor Ridge Capital Management is a private hard money lending company serving real estate investors, developers, and builders. We provide fast, flexible financing for fix-and-flip, new construction, bridge, and DSCR loans. We move quickly and expect the same from our team. Position Summary We're hiring a Loan Servicing Specialist to support the day-to-day servicing of a fast-growing loan portfolio. This role owns the operational side of the loan after it closes
- loan onboarding, draw processing, payoff statements, payment posting, reconciliation, and occasional direct borrower contact.
It's a hands-on seat with real ownership, and there's room to shape how the work gets done rather than just execute someone else's checklist. What You'll Do Process construction draw requests and maintain accurate draw records Prepare and issue payoff statements Manage payment posting, ACH batches, and payment-related borrower requests Perform recurring reconciliations between the servicing system and accounting records Handle loan setup and ongoing data entry with a high degree of accuracy Field occasional borrower questions on balances, payments, statements, and portal access Support month-end close and internal reporting Identify gaps in existing processes and build better ones

- but it will not go unused. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with The Mortgage Office ® (TMO) is required 2+ years of loan servicing experience Strong attention to detail
- payoffs, draws, and payment postings must be correct the first time Comfortable working across multiple loans and deadlines at once Clear, professional written and verbal communication with borrowers Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems quickly Self-starter who can work independently and knows when to escalate Experience with construction lending or QuickBooks is a plus A service mindset•we're white-glove and high-contact with our borrowers, and responsiveness is non-negotiable Compensation & Benefits $70,000•$80,000 annually Discretionary annual bonus Profit sharing after one year of employment Health, dental, and vision available 401(k) available Two weeks PTO plus company holidays
