Roles and Responsibilities Complete outbound student phone calls to support loan repayment. Conduct student meetings to support loan repayment. Assist students with loan servicer account creation. Meet productivity and performance standards established by leadership, including assisting students with loan repayment and helping prevent accounts from entering collections. Assist students with repayment options, including loan pauses and connecting them with their original loan servicer. Receive incoming calls and provide guidance on available repayment options. Work on a new CDR account list every four weeks. Maintain the assigned call queue and accurately manage tasks within the CDR tracking spreadsheet. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by leadership. Experience Sales experience preferred (minimum 1 year) Cold-calling techniques preferred
