Onsite Job Description Position Summary
CLIENT Real Estate Investors (REI), the real estate investment management division of CLIENT Investments, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Mortgage Loan Servicing to support a commercial mortgage loan portfolio. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong loan servicing, accounting, reporting, and analytical skills who can contribute immediately with minimal training.
The successful candidate will operate in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, managing time-sensitive transactions, servicing activities, financial reporting, and operational requests. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage both routine and complex assignments.
Must-Have Qualifications
Recent experience (within the last 3-5 years) using SS&C Precision LM (PLM) but open to strong commercial mortgage loan processing service experience using comparable platforms.
Experience within the insurance, mortgage investment, or commercial real estate lending industry.
Commercial mortgage loan servicing experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training.
Strong Excel skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly between tasks.
Experience supporting operational and reporting functions.
Preferred Technical Skills
SQL query development and report writing.
Qlik Sense.
Crystal Reports.
Business Objects.
Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Servicing & Operations
Service and administer a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans.
Research and process loan transactions, payments, collections, disbursements, acquisitions, dispositions, adjustments, and related accounting entries.
Prepare and review escrow analyses, amortization schedules, payment histories, billing requests, payoff statements, and adjustable-rate settings•Communicate effectively with borrowers, servicers, internal business partners, and external stakeholders.
Ensure transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and controls.
Financial Reporting & Accounting
Record and reconcile mortgage loan accounting transactions.
Support financial, investment, statutory (STAT), and tax reporting requirements.
Prepare, analyze, organize, and review operational and financial reports.
Maintain clear and accurate supporting documentation and workpapers.
Respond to ad hoc inquiries and reporting requests.
Reporting & Technical Support
Develop, maintain, and improve operational and management reporting.
Create and analyze reports using available reporting tools and databases.
Develop SQL queries and support reporting enhancements, where applicable.
Assist with technology initiatives, system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of commercial mortgage loan servicing experience.
Experience with construction loans is a plus.
Strong understanding of commercial mortgage loan operations and accounting.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Precision LM (PLM) required.
Familiarity with Qlik Sense, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, and SQL reporting tools is preferred.

Deal Breaker
Candidates must have recent hands-on experience within the last 3-5 years using SS&C Precision LM (PLM). Candidates with outdated experience requiring significant retraining will not be considered.
