Job Description

Loan Servicing Supervisor Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Overview:
The Loan Servicing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the loan servicing team while providing supervision and support to staff, coordinating workflow, and promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement while ensuring operational and member service goals are met. This role will perform quality checks, resolve issues, and participate in audit requests to ensure loan documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the loan servicing team to ensure that operational and service goals are met Train, coach and develop team members to ensure production, quality, and member experience metrics are consistently achieved Assist manager with hiring, performance reviews, and performance management Monitor workflow and create schedules for the team accordingly Assist manager in planning and implementing projects to increase efficiency and streamline processes Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop and implement strategies for process, procedure, and service improvements Ensure that file maintenance reports are reviewed and processed by team members accurately and efficiently Create and update procedural documents related to lending Identify the need for equipment and software upgrades, and request procurement Assist with planning and implementing departmental budget Perform other duties to support the department as needed
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's in business, accounting, or finance preferred Minimum of two years of prior supervisory experience leading a team of 5 or more required Minimum of two years of lending or loan servicing experience preferred Prior experience writing lending procedures and training preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
