Starting rate of $18.00 per hour . You're also eligible for incentive pay based on performance (both yours and the credit union's).

You should have:

Excellent customer service or retail skills. A high level of trust, diplomacy, and professionalism. Strong math skills and proficiency with computer applications. A focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Relationship Building:

Develop professional and interpersonal connections with our members.

Member Advocacy:

Actively promote Cinfed's products and services to help members succeed financially.

Daily Operations:

Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service for all financial transactions.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

At least 6 months of similar or related experience.

Requirements:

Must pass a pre-employment background check (credit, criminal, and drug).

Work Schedule:

M-F 8:30AM - 5:30PM and Rotating Saturdays 8:30AM - 1:30PM Cinfed Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer
