Job Description

Job Summary Servicing Specialist to manage the company's commercial loan administration and ongoing relationships with banks and lenders. This position will work closely with ownership, the Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer, accounting, banks, lenders, insurance companies, title companies, and other financial partners . The Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for making sure that once a loan is approved and closed, all loan information, payments, insurance requirements, financial documents, lender requirements, and deadlines are properly tracked and maintained. This is an administrative and financial operations position requiring someone who is extremely organized, dependable, persistent, and comfortable managing a large number of loans and deadlines. Primary Responsibilities Maintain complete and accurate records for all Tigon Golf Carts commercial loans. Track loan balances, interest rates, payment amounts, payment dates, maturity dates, amortization schedules, and loan terms. Monitor all upcoming loan payments and ensure payments are properly scheduled and documented. Communicate regularly with banks and lenders regarding loan servicing matters. Verify loan statements and identify discrepancies or unexpected charges. Maintain copies of promissory notes, loan agreements, closing documents, amendments, modifications, and other financing documents. Track lender requirements and financial covenants. Monitor loan maturity dates and notify ownership well in advance of upcoming maturities. Track balloon payments and other significant future obligations. Maintain an organized calendar of loan payments, renewals, maturities, reporting requirements, insurance renewals, and other deadlines. Collect and provide financial information requested by lenders. Coordinate with accounting to ensure lender-required financial statements and documentation are provided on time. Maintain records of property insurance requirements associated with commercial loans. Track lender-required insurance certificates and renewals. Communicate with insurance companies when documentation is needed by lenders. Monitor property tax and other lender-required documentation when applicable. Assist with refinancing and loan modification requests. Assist the Loan Officer and ownership with gathering historical loan information for future refinancing or new financing. Request payoff statements and loan balances when properties are being refinanced, sold, or transferred. Coordinate with banks, title companies, attorneys, and closing agents when loans are being paid off or modified. Review lender correspondence and determine what action is required. Follow up with banks when requested documents, statements, payoff figures, or other information is delayed. Maintain a centralized database of all Tigon commercial loans. Provide ownership with regular reports showing outstanding loan balances, interest rates, upcoming maturities, monthly debt obligations, and other important loan information. Identify potential servicing issues before they become problems. Maintain confidentiality of company financial and banking information. Assist with audits and financial reviews by providing organized loan documentation. Loan Servicing Specialist Manages the financing after closing. Strong understanding of loan documentation and commercial lending terminology. Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working with financial information. Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable communicating with banks and financial institutions. Able to manage numerous deadlines simultaneously. Strong follow-up skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding company financial information. Preferred Experience Commercial loan servicing. Commercial banking. Commercial real estate lending. Banking operations. Accounts payable or accounting. Mortgage servicing. Loan administration. Treasury or cash management. Experience managing multiple commercial properties or loans. Experience working with multiple financial institutions. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is highly organized and does not let things fall through the cracks. This person should be the central point of control for Tigon's commercial loan administration , knowing what loans the company has, what is owed, when payments are due, when loans mature, what documents lenders require, and what action needs to be taken. We are looking for someone who is proactive rather than reactive. If a loan maturity is approaching, insurance certificate is expiring, lender document is missing, or payoff is needed, this person should identify the issue before ownership has to ask about it . The successful candidate will help Tigon Golf Carts maintain strong banking relationships and keep the company's growing commercial real estate portfolio financially organized and properly serviced. In office Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Pay:
Up to $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
