In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of loans, ensuring accurate processing, compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise in mortgage and commercial lending, along with your strong analytical skills, will help maintain the integrity of our loan portfolios and support our clients' financial goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact our clients' success and satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage loan documentation, contracts, and compliance files with precision using financial software and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel for data analysis. Process escrow disbursements for taxes and insurance. Prepare and process payoff requests. Answer customer questions regarding payment status, payment posting and escrow deficiencies. Skills Excellent client communication skills with a focus on delivering clear explanations of complex loan terms and procedures Ability to analyze financial data accurately using basic math skills and 10-key typing for efficient data entry Experience working with financial software systems related to loan processing and servicing Demonstrated team leadership abilities along with a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment Knowledge of industry-specific terminology including mortgage services, commercial banking practices, contracts management, and lending regulations Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional financial solutions while fostering your professional growth.
