These roles will focus on applying customer payments by identifying and matching ACH and online portal transactions to specific invoices. Key Responsibilities Process and apply incoming ACH payments from banking portals Manage Lockbox or online payment systems Identify and match payments to customer invoices Research and resolve payment discrepancies Maintain accurate customer account records Qualifications Prior cash applications experience required Experience with online banking portals or lockbox processing Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy ERP experience required Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
