This position provides issuing banks and customers with thorough explanations on rental charges/discrepancies and will upload documentation through Visa/MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card dispute websites. In addition, the Chargeback representative seeks to obtain chargeback reversals and return revenue to the business. This position also maintains regular contact with bankcard personnel, operating group and branch personnel. This position will be in person in Tulsa, OK with the option to work a hybrid schedule. Working hours will be Monday through Friday with an 8 hour set schedule work day between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm. This position is located at 14002 E. 21st. St. Tulsa, OK 74134. Candidates should expect identity verification, video interviews, technical validation of skills, and verification of employment, education, and work authorization. Falsification of information, proxy interviewing, or misrepresentation of experience or location will result in disqualification. Responsibilities Resolve customer credit card disputes within credit card industry time frames, and maintain internal reversal rate goals exceeding 800K annually Review reservations, rental and credit card authorizations and charges in rental and settlement systems to determine validity of rental charges Maintain daily contact with branch/station managers and operating groups for issues regarding discrepancies involving rate adjustments and inquiries on charge back bad debt Maintain PCI and PII compliance with all documentation and communication, including customer credit card information and PCI compliant in all systems Contact merchant banks via each bankcard type website to prevent chargbacks from occurring or to obtain reversal of charged back already received Upload documentation, rental agreements and explanation of the charges to bankcard and internal accounting websites Submit requests for accounting adjustments with clear and concise explanations and assess accounting codes to accurately explain life of a chargeback Stay abreast of all Visa/MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card acceptance guidelines as well as industry Chargeback rules and regulationsAnalyze complex rentals including incremental authorizations, insurance replacement, damage claims, citations, etc Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications 2 years of customer service experience or accounting experience required 2 years of PCI compliance/Credit Card handling preferred Basic knowledge of Excel required Apart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work week Must be willing to accept starting pay of $18.03/hour. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Minimum age of 18 years. Current residence in the Tulsa area.
