Our Loan Servicing team is hiring! Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm. Eligible for a hybrid schedule after training period, up to 2 days/week, upon management approval. Starting pay, $21.75-23.50/hr based on experience. Provides guidance and assistance to members and staff pertaining to all questions related to general lending procedures, loan payments, processes payments, loan advances and Skip a Pay offers. Balances daily transactions and disburses checks when necessary. Provides Wow! service in each interaction, consistent with the credit union's mission of exceeding expectations. Processes and balances Skip a Pay request. Processes GAP Claims. Assist in reviewing and processing requests for our third-party portfolios to ensure members needs and concerns are addressed. This includes Credit Cards, AFG, IWS, Mortgages and Student Loans. Processes requests for 2nd draws on home equity loans and Subordination Agreements. This includes review of credit, appraisals and income; and preparation of documents, as needed. Processes corrections requested by the Quality Review Department to comply with regulations and lending policy. Transfer loans to new membership accounts per member requests. Maintains and updates loan files; Reviews and processes rate adjustments when necessary. Maintains contact with outside vendors during processing stage as needed. Verifies vendor billings. Processes, maintains and updates the electronic lien filing system (FDI) and the filing of UCC1's to ensure we have the proper collateral for our loan portfolio including processing Lien Releases and Titles in suspense. Provides Home Equity payoff letters, including the typing of necessary paperwork, processing Discharge of Mortgages and tracking the receipt of recorded mortgages. Assists as need to respond to Consumer Credit Disputes within E-Oscar. Assists as needed to provide staff with permissions for Loans PQ, Xpress Accounts, Xpress Collect, Midwest, and AFG. Is also responsible for user resets and deletion of employees when they leave the credit union. Scans miscellaneous documentation to Imaging System. Candidates should have a minimum of High School Diploma/GED or higher and prior banking experience. Must be well organized, have strong attention to detail, acclimate well with technology and be a strong communicator.
