Job Description
Full-time position for bilingual individual with working knowledge of mortgage and consumer loan products. Candidate must be able to work independently and manage high call volume. Good computer, phone and interpersonal skills required. Major Duties and Responsibilities Significant phone work taking internal and external customer service calls Supports the branches by addressing loan-related inquiries Prepares discharges and assignments then send to a third party or county recorder's office Processes payments for all consumer loan products Books loans from origination system to loan servicing system Collect, sort and document incoming/outgoing mail and process mail through postage machine Fulfill duties of receptionist when needed including greeting customers and visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate parties, supply ordering etc. Data entry, research and other administrative duties as assigned Performs miscellaneous related duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills Required •Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.•Knowledge of government loan policies, regulations and procedures. Minimum of one year of experience to be able to sufficiently perform the full range of standard assignments and resolve recurring problems. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required. Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and perform routine repetitive tasks is required.
