Job Description

Full-time position for organized, motivated and reliable individual with working knowledge of commercial loan products. Candidate must be able to work independently and possess good computer, phone and interpersonal skills. Major Duties and Responsibilities Maintain commercial loan records and servicing data within the core banking system. Process loan advances, payments, payoffs, renewals, modifications, and extensions. Monitor loan documentation for completeness and compliance. Review and track financial reporting requirements, insurance coverage, UCC filings, tax payments, and covenant compliance. Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and third-party vendors regarding servicing requests. Review draw requests for property improvement, renovation, tenant improvement, and construction projects. Verify required supporting documentation, including contractor invoices, lien waivers, inspection reports, budgets, and borrower equity contributions. Coordinate third-party inspections and review inspection results prior to funding. Process and fund approved property improvement disbursements in accordance with loan agreements and bank policy. Maintain detailed disbursement records and reconcile project budgets throughout the construction period Process collateral releases, partial releases, mortgage satisfactions, and UCC terminations. Knowledge and Skills Required Knowledge of government loan policies, regulations and procedures. Minimum of one year of experience to be able to sufficiently perform the full range of standard assignments and resolve recurring problems. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required. Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and perform routine repetitive tasks is required. Experience with construction lending, draw administration, SBA lending or commercial real estate loans preferred.
