What YouArMll Do (Responsibitities)

Guide & Assist:
Help customers com.plete loan applications smoothly, clea1y explaining loan terms,
options, and steps in both English and Spanish.

Evaluate Eligibility:
Review financial information and perform basic math calculations accurately to
assess cred itworth iness a nd borrower el ig ibi lity.

Maintain Open Lines of Communication:
Keep clients informed with timely status updates,
required documentation requests, and clear nexi steps.

Provide Exceptional Service:
Deliver proactively helpful, professional, and empathetic service to
ensure every client feels valued and supported.
What You Bring (Qualifications)

Bilingual Fluency:
Fluent in both English and spanish (required).

Experience:
Proven background in the financial services industry. (Experience with shortterm
installment loans is a BIG plus!)

Tech & Math Skills:
Computer literate with the ability to perform basic math accurately for financial
assessments.

Excellent communication skills, proactive engagement, and a genuine
passion for client care.
