  • Overview
  • We are seeking an entry-level
  • Customer Experience Specialist I
  • to support our Consumer Direct Lending team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for consumers as they navigate the loan origination process following initial discussions with a licensed loan officer. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient processes and exceptional customer service within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD).
  • Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound and make outbound calls to consumers
  • Manage inbound text messages (with express consent) and send outbound texts
  • Handle high-volume calls and messages, providing excellent service for mortgage loan inquiries
  • Manage a pipeline of up to
  • 75 loans
  • Perform routine data entry and validation
  • Respond to routine calls, emails, and chats from consumers, employees, and authorized third parties
  • Monitor work queues and take action when needed
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to expedite processing or resolve issues

  • Mortgage or financial services call center experience

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and math skills

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
