Job Description

  • Loan Servicing Specialist duties to include but are not limited to payment process, escrow process, tax and insurance monitoring, draw process, verification of mortgage, along with other various servicing functions.
  • Review and maintain various departmental reports in order to identify trends or areas of concerns.
  • Ensure timely completion of payment processing including all incoming wires
  • Process Non-Accrual and charge-off transactions
  • Process loan recoveries
  • Weekly, Monthly, and Annual loan GL Balancing & Reconciliation
  • Complete file maintenance and research for Consumer, Commercial, and Mortgage loans
  • Carry out departmental responsibilities in accordance with the Bank's policies and applicable laws.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.
  • 1+ years' experience in loan operations, loan servicing, or equivalent preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be analytical and organized
  • Must be a self-starter and able to meet all deadlines
  • Must communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with good presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possesses clear understanding and complies with all bank procedures, laws, and regulations
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
  • Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy
