  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Manage daily collections and maintain strong customer relationships. + Respond to credit-related inquiries via phone and email. + Support customers onboarding digital platforms and resolve payment issues. + Enforce Builders Lien and Payment Bond rights in coordination with Credit Management. + Contribute to reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improving credit KPIs.
  • What Are We Looking For
  • + 2+ years in credit, collections, or accounts receivable. + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of credit processes. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service excellence.

  • This position is based in an office setting with regular interaction across departments. It requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
