Openland Credit Union is seeking a vBanking Agent II to join our high-performing vBanking team. Our vBanking Agents support members across digital channels—with a primary focus on remote video banking—delivering exceptional service while driving results. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that provides the training and tools needed to succeed. Compensation & Incentives This role offers a competitive hourly base pay plus a lucrative monthly incentive structure, rewarding performance, production, and member experience. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional member service while identifying opportunities to educate and recommend products and services Open new accounts, perform account maintenance, and process loan applications accurately and efficiently Manage member interactions across video, text, and email channels Proactively manage and maintain a daily loan pipeline to maximize volume and service quality Place outbound calls to support member needs and business goals Serve as a resource for team members by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing overrides Support branches and departments with digital service needs Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For 2-5 years of related experience (banking, lending, sales, or customer service preferred) Experience with loan processing and new account opening strongly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education:
