We're looking for a motivated Loan Specialist in Temple, TX — someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. What You'll Do Process loan applications, handle customer accounts, make collection calls on past-due accounts, and keep things running smoothly when the manager is out. You'll also cross-sell products like tax services and referrals where applicable. What We're Looking For 1+ year of customer service experience Collections experience a plus (but not required) High school diploma or GED preferred Strong communicator with good people skills Comfortable with basic math and data entry Organized, reliable, and a team player
