position, based out of either McLean, Virginia OR Omaha, Nebraska• The Quantitative Analysis Lead will drive data-informed growth across the auto lending portfolio by leading customer segmentation, acquisition, and campaign analytics. This role will partner closely with marketing, product, lending, and technical teams to identify high-value member segments, optimize auto loan purchase and refinancing campaigns, and translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve acquisition, conversion, and portfolio performance. Quantitative Analysis Lead:
Lead quantitative analytics supporting auto loan acquisition, refinancing, cross-sell, and portfolio growth. Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies using credit profiles, loan behavior, vehicle lifecycle, and purchase/refinance propensity. Analyze auto lending portfolio and campaign performance across originations, balances, conversion, prepayment, delinquency, churn, and profitability. Partner with marketing, product, and lending teams to design, evaluate, and optimize targeted auto lending acquisition campaigns. Translate quantitative findings into actionable recommendations to improve member acquisition, conversion, retention, and portfolio growth. Collaborate with BI and data science teams on analytics initiatives while providing the business and quantitative perspective. Build and maintain dashboards and automate data collection, segmentation, and reporting workflows using Python and Snowflake, ensuring regulatory and data governance compliance. Qualifications for the
Quantitative Analysis Lead:
Experience in quantitative/campaign analytics within auto lending , including auto loan acquisition, refinancing, portfolio growth, and/or cross-sell strategies. Strong understanding of auto lending customer segmentation , including purchase/refinance propensity, credit profiles, loan behavior, vehicle lifecycle, and refinancing eligibility. Experience leading acquisition and marketing campaign analytics , translating data into targeting strategies and actionable business recommendations. Experience analyzing auto loan portfolio performance, including originations, balances, prepayments, delinquency, churn, conversion, and profitability. Experience partnering with marketing, product, lending, BI, and data science teams to drive data-informed business decisions. Proficiency with Python and Snowflake for analysis, segmentation, reporting, and workflow automation, plus experience developing KPI dashboards. Knowledge of financial-services regulatory requirements and data governance standards. Compensation for the
