Job Description

What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Payment Processor within our Paymerang division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will handle payment processing tasks, including outbound and inbound calls, and support the onboarding of new hires. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with the Payment Processor team, Support, and Client Success.

The responsibilities of the role will include: Making outbound calls to process payments using BizPay or Pega
Handling inbound calls after the initial training period
Contacting vendors via phone or email to complete payments
Using critical thinking to resolve incomplete client information
Participating in daily team standups and contributing to team chat discussions
Collaborating with PP2s and support teams for escalations
Supporting new hire training through side-by-sides and mentoring
Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent (Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred).
1+ years of call center or customer service experience
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Teamwork and collaboration mindset
Proficiency with BizPay, Pega, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Citrix Workspace
Experience in retail or receptionist roles preferred
