Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Why Join Community First Bank As a Loan Servicer, you play an important role in maintaining accurate loan records, resolving loan-related issues, supporting regulatory reporting, and providing exemplary service to internal and external customers. This role offers hands-on experience, opportunities to grow, and the chance to make a positive impact in the community every day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior banking experience who enjoys problem-solving, values accuracy, and takes pride in delivering exemplary service to internal and external customers. What You'll Do/Day to Day Provide oversight and accountability for loan data entry and manual payment posting. Maintain loan information and system parameters for all loan types. Review work, compare system data with source documents, and correct discrepancies. Review error and maintenance reports and complete necessary corrections. Research and resolve non-posting, exception, and general ledger issues. Prepare simplified loan documents and loan-servicing reports. Review loan files and index scanned documentation.BenefitsPerks:
