Education level:

High School Diploma or Higher Language:

Bilingual 80%

Experience:

2 Year import/export experience

Qualifications:

Computer skills, Microsoft knowledge., Data accuracy verification , Detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

Proceed with a prompt response to all email communications and service requests received. Request documents related to operation to customer importer/exporter to proceed Review commercial invoice, COO, BOL, Letter of Instructions to confirm accuracy Compile documents and create files for all US Customs operations Review HTS by entry line and confirm classification accuracy with Supervisor/Manager when new product/line or doubt arise Process all US Customs daily operations within KPI time frame from A to Z, including invoicing and filing. Follow-up with customers and procure everything requested was covered assuring complete satisfaction
