We are a travel agency based in Los Angeles and are currently looking for a Ticketing Agent to join our team. This role focuses on airline ticket issuance and direct coordination with airlines. Key Responsibilities Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets using Amadeus or other GDS systems Communicate directly with airlines regarding fare rules, ticketing policies, and special requests Support the sales team with post-booking ticketing processes Verify fares, baggage allowances, ticketing deadlines, and airline regulations Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and irregular operations Maintain accurate ticketing records and documentation Qualifications Prior airline ticketing experience is preferred , but candidates willing to learn are welcome Willingness to learn and use the Amadeus ticketing system (training can be provided) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Clear and professional communication skills Fluent in Mandarin and English Must have legal authorization to work in the United States Nice to Have Experience working in a travel agency or airline-related role Familiarity with group air tickets or international routes Knowledge of other GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, etc.) What We Offer Stable full-time position On-the-job training and career growth opportunities Supportive and professional work environment Competitive compensation based on experience
