Duties:

Handle export orders, arrange customer pickups/deliveries, verify export documents, book shipping space, etc. Follow up on cargo movement, coordinate with relevant parties, handle contingencies. Provide pricing, order tracking, claims handling and other after-sales services to customers. Maintain good client relationships, resolve queries, and improve service quality. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, Shipping, or related fields is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations, familiar with export processes and relevant laws/regulations. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to read and compose export documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and ability to operate computers/systems efficiently. Highly responsible, and detail-oriented, with strong communication, coordination and customer service skills. Ability to work overtime when required. Prior experience in the shipping/maritime industry is a plus. Relevant certifications like Customs Broker, International Trade etc. are advantageous. Bilingual Chinese and English Experience Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Strong sales skills are a plus for upselling products or services. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls or chats. Experience in outbound calling is beneficial for proactive customer engagement. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
