Description Customs Brokerage Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Customs Brokerage Supervisor to lead day-to-day customs brokerage operations and support a high-performing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong customs brokerage experience who enjoys mentoring employees, improving processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities
+ Supervise and mentor customs brokerage team members
+ Allocate workloads and ensure efficient daily operations
+ Monitor compliance with customs regulations, internal procedures, and customer requirements
+ Review processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
+ Ensure customs documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained
+ Monitor customs authorizations, guarantees, duty deferments, and related compliance requirements
+ Partner with management on employee development, performance, and departmental goals
+ Support onboarding and transition of new client business
+ Maintain strong client relationships and assist with retention efforts
+ Monitor accounts receivable, credit limits, and other departmental financial metrics
+ Review departmental P& L and assist with planning and performance improvement
+ Support implementation of new systems, technology, and process enhancements
+ Maintain strong working relationships with customs and trade compliance partners This role is 100% onsite. Requirements + 3+ years of Customs Brokerage experience + 1+ years of supervisory or management experience
+ Strong knowledge of customs regulations, brokerage operations, and international trade
+ Demonstrated leadership and team-development skills
+ Strong communication and client-service abilities
+ Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and operational accuracy
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
