Naniq Global Logistics LLC (Naniq) is looking for a full-time Cargo Acceptance Agent to join our diverse team! This is a phenomenal opportunity to dive in and continue to build a culture we are proud of!

Job Summary:

This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. This job is for cargo acceptance agents who support daily airline operations.

Employee Assistance Program Duties and Responsibilities:

Cargo acceptance of outbound shipments. Verify cargo against booking details and documentation

Release inbound shipments to consignee or freight forwarders.

Inspect shipments for damage, proper packaging, and compliance with airline standards

Review and process air waybills (AWB) and supporting documents Provide guidance on international shipping requirements and documentation Maintain records in cargo management systems

Resolve shipment issues and answer inquiries

Assist freight forwarders, shippers, and internal airline staff

Handle and verify dangerous goods per IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR)

Input shipment and customs data into cargo systems Ensure compliance with agencies such as U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and TSA

Coordinate inspections or holds placed by customs or security agencies Update status of cargo (received, accepted, rejected, etc.) Monitor shipment status (arrived, in-bond, transferred, exported, or cleared

Confirm cargo remains under bond and is not released without proper authorization Coordinate screening procedures (X-ray, ETD, physical checks, etc.)

Communicate with warehouse, ramp, and flight operations teams

Ensure cargo is prepared for timely loading onto aircraft

Monitor cut-off times and flight schedules

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.

1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse.

Knowledge of transportation and warehousing industry is preferred.

Forklift experience preferred; certification a plus but not required.

Must be reliable and flexible with schedule.

Able to work independently and lift up to 75lbs

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Competent data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail

Must have a customer service oriented, friendly, helpful, and professional disposition

Must have the ability to work in a fast paced and always changing environment

Legal status to work in the USA

Able to speak conversational

English Physical Requirements:

The work requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. Moving items over fifty pounds will be done using team lift. Must meet physical lifting requirements of 50 lbs.
