Job Description

Overview We are hiring responsible individual(s) to perform office work at bonded warehouse. Shift varies (Hours of Operation from 6am to 2am) Job Function Import Air Freight Release or Export Freight Acceptance. Prepare, analyze, and/or submit documentation to the appropriate parties (U.S. Customs, agents, clients) in order to ensure they are in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to customs and transportation. Anticipate, identify, and resolve problems which could delay the timely release or movement of freight. Pre-alerts - receive and respond as needed. Complete accurate data input or corrections into computer files. Track and communicate all delays, damages, problems and work to resolve customer issues. Employee may require to work overtime, weekend and holiday hours, depending on duty schedule. Interact with customers, internal staff/departments and management of all levels. All other duties as assigned. Requirements High School diploma and/or GED required. 0-2 years' transportation industry experience in export / import operations Previous work experience in TSA, ITAR and Dangerous Goods regulations, preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Fluent English Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced working environment High attention to detail and strong organizing skills Drivers License Join us in a role that combines precision with productivity!
