Full Job Description China Airlines Cargo, Midwest USA Our sales and operation office is inside Worldwide Flight Services building at 838 Patton Drive nearby Chicago O'hare Airport. This office is offering one full time position to cargo customer service & reservation agents. Experience related to the position is preferred but entry-level is also welcomed. Essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs as required. Please specify salary expectation on resume.
JOB DESCRIPTIONFULL-TIME CARGO RESERVATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE
1. Handle booking inquires and provide schedule tracking information by phone and emails on daily basis. 2. Maintain booking information correctly in accordance to customers' request. 3. Trace and report irregularity cases such as delay, damages and missing etc. 4. Update schedule changes to customers. 5. Report ON HOLD notice to customers on daily basis.
