Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities Coordinate customs clearance procedures for imported and exported goods, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations including FDA regulations and other international standards. Prepare and review all necessary documentation such as customs declarations, invoices, shipping manifests, and regulatory reports to facilitate timely clearance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CBP standards, transportation management practices, and freight regulations to ensure workplace safety and compliance. Collaborate with freight carriers, logistics providers, and internal teams to streamline transportation processes and optimize fleet management strategies. Conduct risk assessments related to customs compliance and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or penalties. Ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met accurately and promptly, including documentation for

compliance when applicable. Write detailed reports on customs activities, compliance status, and risk management initiatives to support continuous improvement efforts. Requirements Valid licensing as a Customs Broker (LCB) in accordance with local or national regulations. Classification Entry Writing Compliance Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or customs brokerage roles with a strong understanding of freight operations. Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), fleet management practices, and regulatory reporting tools. Excellent report writing skills with the ability to document complex processes clearly and accurately. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple shipments and compliance documentation simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining a proactive approach to risk management and problem resolution. Pay:

$84,406.12 - $101,650.38 per year
