  • Hold retention conversations with agents who express frustration, request license releases, or are considering other opportunities.
  • Support Business Center growth, communication, culture, onboarding, agent engagement, and leadership initiatives.
  • Help create a high-level onboarding experience that connects new agents to the Market Center's culture, systems, leadership, training, coaching, and growth opportunities.

  • Assist with recruiting and growth pipeline activity, including Career Night, KSCORE, referrals, call-ins, CommandMC leads, and prospective agent follow-up.
  • Track important agent conversations, follow-up activity, retention risks, growth opportunities, and leadership priorities.
  • Communicate trends, concerns, and opportunities to leadership to help strengthen the agent experience and support Market Center growth.
