Full-time Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with bookings, procuring quotes, arranging domestic transport. Coordinate with various vendors and answering general international transportation-related questions. follow up with domestic pickups and deliveries Communicate with overseas offices, agents, and customers regarding shipment status. Troubleshoot issues, and ensure that shipments are processed in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the US Import and Export Industry.

Qualifications:

5 years experience in Operations or Customer Service role in an NVOCC or freight forwarding company is required. Strong data entry and Microsoft office skill is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization skills, attention for details and an aptitude for a fast paced, multi-tasking, customer service minded environment.
