Customs Brokerage Supervisor (Licensed Broker Required) Full-Time | $70,000-$95,000 | Hybrid (Valley Stream, NY) A leading global logistics provider is seeking a Customs Brokerage Team Lead to oversee a team of entry writers and support high?volume import operations. This is a key leadership role requiring a Licensed Customs Broker with strong communication skills and the ability to guide a team in a fast?moving environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team handling daily Customs entry operations Assign work, monitor performance, and assist team members with complex issues Serve as a point of escalation for customer and shipment?related concerns Train new and existing staff on procedures, compliance, and best practices Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements Process entries for air and ocean shipments when needed Classify goods using the HTS and manage remote filings Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal departments Support management with departmental initiatives and workload coverage Maintain accuracy, compliance, and high service standards Qualifications Licensed Customs Broker (required) Minimum 5 years of Customs brokerage experience (air & ocean) Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office; CargoWise experience a plus Detail?oriented, organized, and proactive Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $95,000.00
